Hello friends,
I have started recording some meditations and this one is especially for those dark, overcast, or heavier days when it feels a little hard - or even impossible - to find a spark of joy. One of the most important gifts we can give ourselves is the time and space to just breathe, reconnect with our bodies, and get back in sync with the rhythms of the earth.
I like to listen to these when I have a quiet place to sit or lay down inside, or when I'm walking outside somewhere and can stop and rest, or even when I'm driving in the car (no closing your eyes when you're driving in the car though!).
Starting with the heaviness of a day, moving through the clouds, and winding your way to one tiny spark of light can make all the difference in the world.
